Avalon Park Daytona Beach

Avalon Park Daytona Beach (APD) is the largest project in sitEX history, totaling more than 12 million m². The land parcel was acquired in 2020, and the project is being managed locally by Avalon Park Group, the developer of the highly successful Avalon Park Master Planned Community in Orlando, FL, where sitEX’s Town Center III property is located. Permits received for the project include around 8,000 residential units and 92,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.

In the emerging region of Central Florida when completed, APD will be the largest development in the greater Daytona-Ormond Beach area. With zoning approval for over 7,000 housing units and more than 280,000 m² of commercial space, APD will be substantially larger than the next largest community, Plantation Bay (5,000 homes) and more than double the size of its immediate neighbor, Latitude Margaritaville (3,000 homes).
