Avalon Park Wesley Chapel
One of sitEX’s largest projects which covers an area of more than 6.6 million square meters, servicing the Tampa Bay metropolitan region. The area is being developed to include residences and a town center.

sitEX Properties Holding AG publishes its 2024 annual results
The owner-managed real estate development company based in Lachen SZ generated operating income of CHF 17.699 million in the 2024 financial year, resulting in a consolidated loss of CHF 3.1 million. The sale of sitEX Powerhouse led to a one-time negative revaluation of investment properties in the amount of CHF 7.9 million. Together with recurring income, the loss after taxes and minority interests amounted to CHF 3.053 million or -1.35 CHF per share.
