Avalon Park is excited to announce the launch of a live camera feed to observe the development of our construction jobsite in real time.

Through EarthCam, a global leader in outdoor webcam content, technology, and services, Avalon Park has enabled the capture of detailed visual data at every stage of the building process. EarthCam’s state-of-the-art camera integrations and software have been installed at the Downtown Wesley Chapel site, guaranteeing peace of mind for everyone involved.

Currently, the 24/7 feed captures a view of Avalon Park’s Downtown Wesley Chapel development, allowing developers, engineers, contractors, and our clients to view jobsite activity in real time, no matter where they are. Through this live feed, we hope to ensure the creation of a healthy, safe, and secure jobsite, while facilitating better communications and decision-making processes amongst the development team.

This live feed will provide updates on the first mixed-use building being built in Avalon Park Wesley Chapel, which started construction in July 2022. Completion of this building is anticipated to take place by early 2024. The building includes 20,000 square feet of retail, with 30 multifamily units. Pre-leasing of the commercial first floor is underway. In the long term, the Downtown Wesley Chapel area will grow to encompass more than 400,000 square feet of retail, and 100,000 square feet of office space.
