sitEX acquired a land parcel and project to build a commercial building in Bubendorf, Basel-Landschaft. The Swiss subsidiary of ALDI is the anchor tenant covering 50% of the building for at least 15 years. The building includes an underground parking garage with 64 spaces, and the layout of the first floor is highly versatile consisting of around 2,000 m² of leasable space. The closing of this transaction occurred in the first quarter of 2022, with construction having begun at the end of 2022. The building was completed in autumn 2024 with the opening on the new ALDI outlet in September 2024.
