sitEX Coworking Concepts

sitEX Coworking Concepts AG was founded in 2019. The company began by operating the coworking space and innovation campus “The 5th Floor” on the fifth floor of the sitEX Powerhouse in Muttenz. In 2021/22, sitEX opened one additional coworking space and entrepreneurial center, in Avalon Park Orlando (Florida, USA). In September 2024 The 5th Floor Klybeck in the city of Basel was opened. 

The 5th Floor offers a motivating and progressive environment that encourages young talent, supports them in the development of their visions and goals, and helps them succeed.
