sitEX Powerhouse
The sitEX Powerhouse office and commercial building was acquired by sitEX in 2012 and sold in May 2025. It has a usable area of 44,615m² of office and commercial, warehouse/storage areas, making it one of the largest privately owned and managed properties in the canton of Basel-Landschaft.
This property was wholly owned by sitEX from 2015 to 2025. From 2012 to 2015, sitEX held 51% of the sister company, Lagonda Invest AG. The building was acquired with a vacancy rate of more than 50% and has improved occupancy to 98% as of May 2025 thanks to a targeted strategy and the excellent network of the involved parties.
