Since selling our homebuilding company Avex Homes LLC to Stanley Martin Homes LLC, a homebuilder headquartered in Virginia, we have been working closely with the company. 

Stanley Martin is a homebuilder focused on the states of Virginia, Maryland, North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. In 2017, Stanley Martin became part of the Daiwa House Group, the largest real estate and development company based in Japan. Recognized as a leader in home construction technology, Daiwa House provides the resources and expertise that empower Stanley Martin to continue delivering exceptional quality and driving innovation in the U.S. new home market.

Thanks to the expertise of Avalon Park Group and sitEX in the Florida market, we have been able to help the company expand its activities in this state. We currently have open contracts with Stanley Martin for the purchase of lots in our projects in Orlando, Tavares, Wesley Chapel, and Daytona.
