An der Ecke Bahnhofstrasse/Austmattsrasse in Pratteln haben die Schadstoffsanierungen und der Abriss des neuen Entwicklungsprojektes «Im Herzen von Pratteln» begonnen. Die Gewerbeflächen und Wohnungen sind voraussichtlich im Oktober/November 2022 bezugsbereit.

Project Update: Im Herzen von Pratteln
On the corner of Bahnhofstrasse and Austmattsrasse in Pratteln, pollutant cleanup and demolition have begun on the new “Im Herzen von Pratteln” development project. The commercial space and apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in October/November 2022.
Project Update: Avalon Park “The Flats”
The Flats Phase Four “TC 4” is now under construction in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park in East Orlando, Florida. The 94-unit building consists of 15-studio apartments, 15-1-bedroom apartments, 39-2-bedroom apartments and 25-3-bedroom apartments.
